INSTRUCTIONS:
If you are an accredited investor
who is interested in investing in PAEDA International Financial Group,
INC., please examine our pre-offering Term Sheet. Then, if you wish
to proceed further, go to the Exhibit "C" Copy,
Exhibit "D" Copy
and Non-Disclosure Form links to download the investor
qualification information and/or questionnaires. After reviewing these
three
documents, if you are still interested in investing, simply return them to
our office via fax or US mail. All pages should be properly filled out,
initialed and signed.
Upon approval by the Company of your
status as an accredited investor, a user ID# and password
will be sent to you via e-mail within 48 hours. Once you have received
this information you can use it to view and/or print the Company's private placement memorandum, investor subscription documents, exhibit "E"
copy, and business plan, using this Investor
Documents link. If you still would like to invest after reviewing
these materials, an investor confirmation number will be sent to you via
e-mail authorizing you to forward the appropriate funds to us by either US
mail or if you wish, you may wire them directly to our bank account.
