WHAT IS FACTORING OR RECEIVABLES FINANCING?

PAEDA International Financial Group specializes in factoring accounts receivable invoices, purchase orders and commission contracts from qualified small businesses, medical suppliers, real estate agents and mortgage brokers on a modified-recourse basis.  Factoring is the purchase of accounts receivable invoices at a discount for cash.  There are no up-front fees or hidden costs, but due diligence fees may apply on some deals.  We also factor accounts for marine sales agents and various manufacturers.  PAEDA believes its programs offer the most flexibility in the marketplace. There are none of the restrictive characteristics common in other factoring programs.  In addition, PAEDA provides assistance with procuring surety bonds or letters of credit for existing clients.

PAEDA does not normally require volume commitments or charge non-usage fees to most businesses.  Whenever they are required, they are kept at a bare minimum.  We also have other programs for special situations.
